Meet the Superintendent

As the proud superintendent here at Yuma School District One, I’m honored to lead a team of dedicated educators and staff who focus on academic excellence and high-quality education across our eighteen schools.

From the moment I stepped into this district nine years ago, I knew there was something special here. This is a place full of heart, dedication, and a shared belief that our students deserve the very best. My previous roles here at District One include middle school teaching and chief financial officer—two very valuable experiences. From those roles, I gained a deeper understanding of what students, teachers, and schools truly need.

At District One, we’re focused on five key priorities:
